Update on New Interns from Sparrow College

Divisional Updates

1. NeftalyCRR

Currently has 2 interns.

One intern has been trained to train others and understands their role in the Research Division.

2. NeftalyCSPR

3 interns are actively working, attending meetings, and completing their assigned tasks.

Overall, performance and engagement are satisfactory.

3. NeftalyCHCR

There are 2 interns in this division.

They initially experienced access challenges, but one intern managed to report successfully yesterday.

Efforts are ongoing to ensure both interns are fully operational.

4. NeftalyCOR

Has 3 interns who will assist with royalty tasks.

Due to networking issues since Monday, training was delayed but is scheduled for today.

5. NeftalyCMR (Marketing Division)

Interns are actively performing their marketing duties.

Nkiwane communicated with Monica from Sparrow College to request additional interns, as some assigned interns accepted other opportunities elsewhere.

The team is being monitored closely to ensure consistent productivity.

6. NeftalyCLMR

Currently has 1 intern since Tuesday, and as of today (Monday), there were 2 interns present.

A request was made to Monica for 4 additional interns to support royalty-related tasks.

Challenges Noted

Creflo PC microphone was not functioning properly during the meeting.

The Chief of Monitoring and Evaluation advised all chiefs to:

Assign clear tasks to their interns.

Monitor progress consistently and provide guidance when needed.

Action Points

All Chiefs to continue training and monitoring interns.

Monica (Sparrow College) to be contacted for additional intern placements.

Technical issues (e.g., microphone malfunction) to be resolved before the next meeting.
