Since the first economic downturn on 2007-2009, the Russian Economy collapse of 2014 and the Covid-19 Pandemic that has affected the slow growth and full decline.

It has come to my attention after meeting with clients how they have suffered losses including government departments and government owned entities.

Neftaly as it is reliant on business from them we have been dramatically impacted and it is no longer exciting.

Ever since then we have experienced the following:

• Neftaly’s contracts have dropped dramatically meaning that the number of contracts kept on dropping per year.
• Neftaly’s clients have been delaying in invoice payments up to 5 months latest due to them having low budgets or experiencing slow payments from their own clients.
• Neftaly has been delaying in paying Human Capital up to 3 months waiting period which is unacceptable considering that Neftaly Human Capital have bills to pay.
• Neftaly have significantly reduced its expenditures to ensure that we keep afloat all the existing Neftaly Human Capital.

It therefore came to my attention that whilst I Neftaly Malatjie continue to keep you. You therefore still not see the importance of me sacrificing whilst I could have joined other companies in retrenching you or cutting the number of Neftaly Human Capital.

It is therefore this message shall be sent to future Neftaly Human Capital that at this stage it is normal for us to delay in processing payments as there is nothing that I Neftaly Malatjie can do.

I therefore request people who feels that they cannot stay or wait or are unhappy to immediately step down from their position.

Otherwise you can wait

Neftaly Human Capital will release your payment once Neftaly is sorted.

In future should I see that the process is ongoing I will have to activate the retrenchment policy to be normal to ensure effectiveness.

We have asked God and we will continue to wait.

Those who feel they cannot wait they can step down by resigning or quiting.
