To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Planning Management Policy (NeftalyP360). Planning forms the foundation of Neftaly’s Human Capital excellence. It ensures that every Human Capital initiative, project, service, function, and operational activity is guided by clear objectives, structured timelines, measurable indicators, and aligned priorities.

Through this policy, we strengthen Neftaly’s ability to prepare, forecast, organise, and strategically position our Human Capital systems to meet organisational goals. This framework ensures that our planning processes remain standardised, evidence-based, transparent, and compliant with governance requirements.
