NeftalyP335-1-1 Neftaly is committed to providing comprehensive orientation for all newly onboarded Human Capital to ensure smooth integration into the organization. The Neftaly Human Capital Orientation Management Policy (NeftalyP335) establishes standards, procedures, and responsibilities for designing, delivering, and evaluating orientation programs.

NeftalyP335-1-2 This policy ensures that all Royals, Deputy Chiefs, Officers, and Human Capital are informed about Neftaly’s vision, mission, policies, processes, and operational standards.


NeftalyP335-2 Purpose

NeftalyP335-2-1 The purpose of this policy is to:

  • NeftalyP335-2-1-1 Facilitate the seamless integration of new Human Capital into Neftaly.
  • NeftalyP335-2-1-2 Ensure consistent delivery of organizational information, expectations, and policies.

  • NeftalyP335-4-1 Orientation: A structured program designed to introduce new Human Capital to the organization, its culture, policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • NeftalyP335-4-2 Orientation Coordinator: Officer or Royal responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating orientation sessions.
  • NeftalyP335-4-3 Orientation Plan: Documented schedule and content for orientation activities.
  • NeftalyP335-4-4 Orientation Feedback Form: Tool used to gather feedback from participants to improve future orientation programs.
  • NeftalyP335-4-5 Onboarding Checklist: A checklist of tasks, documentation, and activities required for successful orientation.

    NeftalyP335-7-1 Orientation Planning

    • NeftalyP335-7-1-1 Develop an Orientation Plan (NeftalyD335-01) including schedule, content modules, trainers, and resources.
    • NeftalyP335-7-1-2 Royal Directors review and approve the plan before execution.
    • NeftalyP335-7-1-3 Ensure alignment of content with Neftaly’s policies, values, and operational standards.

      NeftalyP335-7-2 Orientation Delivery

      • NeftalyP335-7-2-1 Orientation Coordinators conduct sessions according to the approved plan.
      • NeftalyP335-7-2-2 Modules should include:
        • Organization overview (vision, mission, values)
        • Policies, procedures, and operational standards
        • Roles and responsibilities of Human Capital
        • Workplace culture and code of conduct
        • Health, safety, and security procedures
      • NeftalyP335-7-2-3 Attendance is recorded using the Orientation Attendance Sheet (NeftalyF335-01).

        NeftalyP335-7-3 Post-Orientation Evaluation

        • NeftalyP335-7-3-1 Collect feedback from participants using the Orientation Feedback Form (NeftalyF335-02).
        • NeftalyP335-7-3-2 Governance Office reviews feedback and prepares an Orientation Review Report (NeftalyD335-02).
        • NeftalyP335-7-3-3 Recommendations for improvement are implemented in subsequent orientation sessions.

          NeftalyP335-7-4 Onboarding Documentation

          • NeftalyP335-7-4-1 Complete the Onboarding Checklist (NeftalyF335-03) for each new Human Capital.
          • NeftalyP335-7-4-2 Submit completed checklists to the Governance Office for recordkeeping.
          • NeftalyP335-7-4-3 Ensure all required documents, agreements, and compliance certifications are obtained and filed.
