To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Induction Management Policy (NeftalyP250).
Induction is the foundation of a successful Human Capital experience at Neftaly. It ensures that every new employee, officer, or representative understands our organisational culture, values, policies, procedures, and operational expectations from day one.

This policy provides structured guidance to deliver consistent, professional, and comprehensive induction programmes, enabling staff to integrate smoothly, perform effectively, and contribute meaningfully to Neftaly’s mission.
