NeftalyP232-1-1 The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all handovers within Neftaly are conducted in a structured, secure, and accountable manner, preserving continuity, operational efficiency, and integrity of human capital processes.


NeftalyP232-2 Scope

NeftalyP232-2-1 This policy applies to:

  • NeftalyP232-2-1-1 All Neftaly employees, contractors, interns, and volunteers.
  • NeftalyP232-2-1-2 All positions, roles, projects, and programs where responsibilities are transferred.
  • NeftalyP232-2-1-3 Handover of documents, physical assets, digital accounts, cases, projects, and workflows.

NeftalyP232-3 Definitions

  • NeftalyP232-3-1 Handover: The formal transfer of responsibilities, duties, assets, or information from one handler to another.
  • NeftalyP232-3-2 Outgoing Handler: The employee or officer transferring duties or responsibilities.
  • NeftalyP232-3-3 Incoming Handler: The employee or officer receiving responsibilities or duties.
  • NeftalyP232-3-4 Critical Information: Any information, document, or asset required to ensure continuity and prevent operational disruption.

NeftalyP232-4 Policy Statement

NeftalyP232-4-1 Neftaly mandates that all handovers are:

  • NeftalyP232-4-1-1 Planned and documented
  • NeftalyP232-4-1-2 Conducted securely and confidentially
  • NeftalyP232-4-1-3 Reviewed and verified by supervisors or Royal Directors
  • NeftalyP232-4-1-4 Compliant with applicable legal, operational, and HR requirements

NeftalyP232-4-2 Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or operational delays.

NeftalyP232-5-1 Chief Human Capital Officer

  • NeftalyP232-5-1-1 Oversees all handover processes.
  • NeftalyP232-5-1-2 Ensures compliance with the handover policy.

NeftalyP232-5-2 Departmental Royal Directors / Officers

  • NeftalyP232-5-2-1 Supervise handovers in their respective areas.
  • NeftalyP232-5-2-2 Verify completeness of handover.

NeftalyP232-5-3 Outgoing Handlers

  • NeftalyP232-5-3-1 Prepare handover documentation.
  • NeftalyP232-5-3-2 Ensure all tasks, documents, and assets are accounted for.
  • NeftalyP232-5-3-3 Provide clear instructions for pending tasks or projects.

NeftalyP232-5-4 Incoming Handlers

  • NeftalyP232-5-4-1 Receive handover information.
  • NeftalyP232-5-4-2 Confirm understanding and accept responsibilities.
