I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Memorandum Management Policy (NeftalyP305).

Effective management of memoranda is vital to maintaining clear communication, accountability, and documentation across Neftaly’s Human Capital operations. This policy ensures that all memoranda are created, approved, distributed, stored, and archived according to organisational standards and governance requirements.
