Neftaly recognizes the significant role sports play in improving morale, enhancing productivity, and strengthening social cohesion. Therefore, this policy outlines clear guidelines for organizing sports programs, managing sports events, supporting athlete development, and ensuring safe, ethical, and inclusive participation.

This policy applies to:
- All Neftaly Human Capital across Neftaly.
- All sports coordinators, facilitators, team managers, and coaches.
- All vendors, partners, and sponsors supporting sports programs at Neftaly.
- All sports events, competitions, training sessions, fitness programs, and recreational sports activities managed or facilitated by Neftaly.
NeftalyP462-3: Definitions
Sports: Physical activities involving skill, competition, recreation, fitness, or teamwork.
Sports Coordinator: Neftaly personnel responsible for the planning and management of sports activities.
Athlete: Any Neftaly Human Capital member participating in sports programs.
Sports Event: Organised competitions, tournaments, fitness activities, and wellness programs.
Neftaly Human Capital: All individuals engaged or employed by Neftaly.
NeftalyP462-4: Objectives
- Promote physical fitness, health, and well-being among Neftaly Human Capital.

5.1 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer (NeftalyCHCR)
- Approve and oversee the implementation of the sports management policy.
- Ensure sports programs promote wellness and align with Neftaly values.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sports governance standards.
5.2 Sports Coordinators / Team Managers
- Plan, organize, and manage sports events, competitions, and training sessions.
- Maintain sports equipment, facilities, and logistics.

- Participate in sports programs responsibly and respectfully.

6.1 Sports Program Planning and Development
- Develop annual sports calendars for Neftaly.

6.2 Registration and Participation

- Ensure voluntary participation unless fitness activities are mandatory.
