This policy applies to:
- All Neftaly Human Capital subject to transfers, whether internal (within departments or regions) or external (between units, projects, or partner entities).
- Supervisors, Officers, and management responsible for overseeing, approving, and coordinating transfers.
- Documentation, monitoring, and reporting of all Human Capital transfers.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and career development practices.

Transfer:
The reassignment of a Neftaly Human Capital member from one role, department, location, or function to another within the organization.
Internal Transfer:
A transfer within the same department, unit, or operational area.
External Transfer:

Officer:
