NeftalyP222-1: CEO Address on the Launch of the Neftaly Human Capital Grants Management Policy
To the Neftaly Chairperson, all Neftaly Royal Committee Members, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,
It gives me great pleasure to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Grants Management Policy (NeftalyP222).
Grants are a critical instrument in our mission to empower communities, youth, and Human Capital development initiatives. This policy provides a structured, transparent, and accountable framework for managing grants at Neftaly, ensuring that funds are allocated responsibly, outcomes are measurable, and compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards is maintained.
With this policy, Neftaly commits to promoting fairness, transparency, and efficiency in grant management. It also ensures that all Human Capital members understand their roles in applying for, reviewing, approving, administering, and reporting on grants. By adhering to this policy, we strengthen Neftaly’s reputation as a credible, ethical, and high-performing organisation.
My message shall end here.
Signed:
Neftaly Malatjie
