- Governance Office: The office responsible for recordkeeping, compliance monitoring, and operational audits.

- Officers monitor completion of tasks and provide guidance where necessary.
- All task completions are recorded in the Operational Activity Log (NeftalyD330-02).
7.3 Performance Monitoring

- Progress reports are submitted to Royal Directors and CHCO monthly.
