  • All Neftaly Royals, Deputy Chiefs, Officers, and Human Capital engaged in operational activities.
  • All departments, programs, and branch operations under Neftaly’s management.
  • All operational processes, including task allocation, resource management, reporting, and performance tracking.

4. Definitions

  • Operations Management: The administration of organizational processes to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Operational Workflow: A sequence of coordinated tasks and responsibilities to achieve specific outcomes.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Metrics used to assess operational performance and efficiency.
  • Operational Officer: An Officer responsible for implementing, supervising, and monitoring operational activities.
  • Governance Office: The office responsible for recordkeeping, compliance monitoring, and operational audits.

7.1 Operational Planning

  1. Departments prepare annual Operational Plans (NeftalyD330-01) including objectives, tasks, KPIs, and timelines.
  2. Plans must be approved by the CHCO and CEO before implementation.
  3. Plans are communicated to all relevant Royals, Officers, and Human Capital.

7.2 Task Allocation and Execution

  1. Operational Officers assign tasks using the Operational Task Allocation Form (NeftalyF330-01).
  2. Officers monitor completion of tasks and provide guidance where necessary.
  3. All task completions are recorded in the Operational Activity Log (NeftalyD330-02).

7.3 Performance Monitoring

  1. Operational KPIs are tracked using the Operational Performance Tracker (NeftalyD330-03).
  2. Progress reports are submitted to Royal Directors and CHCO monthly.
  3. Deviations from targets trigger corrective actions and process adjustments.

7.4 Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  1. Governance Office conducts quarterly operational audits and prepares Operational Review Reports (NeftalyD330-04).
  2. Recommendations for process improvements are incorporated into subsequent operational cycles.
  3. All lessons learned are documented for reference and training purposes.
