Promotions are a vital mechanism to recognise performance, reward talent, and motivate staff. This policy provides a structured and transparent framework for career progression, ensuring equity, fairness, and alignment with Neftaly’s strategic goals. It safeguards merit-based advancement while supporting organisational growth and employee engagement.
