To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Patent Management Policy (NeftalyP347).

Patents are a critical asset in protecting Neftaly’s innovations, intellectual property, and proprietary processes. This policy ensures that all Human Capital-related inventions, innovations, and intellectual contributions are identified, documented, protected, and managed in compliance with national and international patent laws.

By standardising patent management, we safeguard organisational knowledge, foster innovation, encourage creative contributions from our workforce, and strengthen Neftaly’s competitive and strategic position globally.
