NeftalyP299-1: CEO Statement on the Launch of the Neftaly Human Capital Maternity Management Policy
To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,
I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Maternity Management Policy (NeftalyP299).
Maternity management is a key component of Neftaly’s commitment to supporting our workforce. This policy ensures that expectant and new mothers are treated with dignity, receive adequate support before, during, and after childbirth, and can balance their personal and professional responsibilities.
The policy promotes compliance with labour regulations, provides structured leave and benefits, and supports health, wellbeing, and workplace reintegration. By standardising maternity processes, Neftaly strengthens organisational consistency, fairness, and care for its staff.
My message shall end here.
Signed:
Neftaly Malatjie
Chief Executive Officer
Neftaly
