General Comments / Observations

Neftaly is currently experiencing funding constraints, which are impacting the pace and scope of implementation. Despite the limited financial resources, the team remains committed and continues to work diligently on the tasks assigned under CMR-14. Progress is being made within existing capacity, though additional funding would significantly enhance efficiency, resource allocation, and overall delivery timelines.
