I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Safety Management Policy (NeftalyP434).
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce is a strategic priority. This policy establishes clear frameworks for creating a safe, secure, and healthy working environment for all Neftaly Human Capital staff, contractors, volunteers, and visitors.
Through adherence to this policy, Neftaly strengthens risk management, compliance, and organisational resilience, while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
