The Human Capital Marketplace is a strategic platform that connects talent, opportunities, and organisational needs. This policy ensures that Neftaly manages its internal and external Human Capital marketplace with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. By standardising processes, monitoring transactions, and providing clear governance, this policy strengthens Neftaly’s ability to optimise talent allocation, engagement, and development.
