NeftalyP565-1: Neftaly CEO Neftaly Malatjie Address on the Purpose and Rationale for Launching the Neftaly Human Capital Training Attendance Register Management Policy
To the Chairperson of Neftaly, all Neftaly Royal Committee Members, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,
Kgotso a ebe le lena.
Today, we launch the Neftaly Human Capital Training Attendance Register Management Policy (NeftalyP565) to ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of all training attendance within Neftaly. Proper management of attendance registers is vital for tracking skills development, compliance with training mandates, and evaluating the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.
NeftalyP565 provides structured procedures for capturing attendance data, maintaining accurate records, and reporting outcomes to relevant Chiefs and stakeholders. By implementing this policy, Neftaly strengthens accountability, organizational transparency, and ensures the credibility of all training and development initiatives.
My message shall end here.
