I am honored to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Subscription Management Policy (NeftalyP472), which provides a structured framework for managing all subscriptions relevant to Neftaly Human Capital operations, including training platforms, professional memberships, software services, publications, and other recurring services.
Subscriptions are essential for supporting staff development, operational efficiency, and organizational knowledge. Proper management ensures that subscriptions are aligned with strategic objectives, cost-effective, compliant, and accessible to all relevant Human Capital.
This policy establishes clear procedures for subscription approval, monitoring, renewal, cancellation, and reporting to optimize resources and maintain operational effectiveness.
