NeftalyP203-1: Neftaly CEO Neftaly Malatjie Speech on the Purpose and Rationale for Launching the Neftaly Fellowship Management Policy

To the Chairperson of Neftaly, all Neftaly Royal Committee, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs and all Neftaly Human Capital,

Kgotso a ebe le lena.

Today, I present the Neftaly Human Capital Fellowship Management Policy (NeftalyP203).
This policy marks an important milestone in Neftaly’s mission to empower, grow, and elevate the talent of our organisation and the communities we serve.

The Neftaly Fellowship model is designed to create opportunities for advanced development, research, innovation, leadership exposure, international collaboration, and social impact. Through this policy, we establish a structured and transparent framework that ensures fellowships are fairly allocated, properly managed, fully documented, and strategically aligned with Neftaly’s vision.

Fellowships strengthen capacity, expand professional horizons, and position Neftaly Human Capital as leaders and ambassadors of excellence. This policy ensures that Neftaly continues to invest in the people who carry the Neftaly mission into the world.

My message shall end here.

Neftaly Malatjie | CEO | Neftaly
