Staff: All individuals employed or engaged in work within Neftaly.
Supervisor / Officer: A Neftaly-appointed leader responsible for staff management.
Performance Management: Ongoing evaluation of staff performance, productivity, and behavior.
Staff Development: Training, coaching, and growth initiatives provided by Neftaly.
Neftaly Human Capital: All persons working with or for Neftaly.

5.1 Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer (NeftalyCHCR)

  • Approve and oversee the staff management policy.
  • Ensure compliance with national labor laws and Neftaly standards.
  • Provide leadership in staff planning, recruitment, performance, and wellness initiatives.

5.2 Supervisors, Managers, and Officers

  • Implement staff management procedures in their respective teams.
