I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Mitigation Management Policy (NeftalyP309).

Mitigation is the cornerstone of proactive Human Capital management. This policy ensures that risks affecting staff, operations, and organisational performance are identified, evaluated, and addressed effectively, minimising negative impact and enhancing resilience.
