I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Province Management Policy (NeftalyP385).

Effective province-level management ensures that Neftaly’s Human Capital initiatives, operations, and resources are coordinated and optimised across all geographic regions. This policy provides guidance on planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of Human Capital activities at the provincial level to promote consistency, efficiency, and impact.
