I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Preparedness Management Policy (NeftalyP367).
Preparedness is the cornerstone of effective Human Capital operations — it ensures that our staff, systems, and processes are fully equipped to respond to organisational needs, challenges, and opportunities. This policy establishes standards for readiness, contingency planning, and proactive measures across all Human Capital activities, promoting resilience, efficiency, and excellence.
