NeftalyP237-2-1 This policy applies to:

  • NeftalyP237-2-1-1 All Neftaly-owned, leased, or managed housing facilities.
  • NeftalyP237-2-1-2 All human capital residing in or utilizing Neftaly housing.
  • NeftalyP237-2-1-3 All services, amenities, and resources associated with Neftaly housing.

NeftalyP237-3 Definitions

  • NeftalyP237-3-1 Housing: Residential units, apartments, dormitories, or accommodations provided or managed by Neftaly.
  • NeftalyP237-3-2 Occupant: Any human capital, intern, volunteer, or participant assigned to Neftaly housing.
  • NeftalyP237-3-3 Housing Management: Administration, allocation, maintenance, inspection, and supervision of all housing facilities.
  • NeftalyP237-3-4 Facilities: Physical infrastructure, utilities, appliances, and services associated with Neftaly housing.
