- NeftalyP237-2-1-1 All Neftaly-owned, leased, or managed housing facilities.
- NeftalyP237-2-1-2 All human capital residing in or utilizing Neftaly housing.
- NeftalyP237-2-1-3 All services, amenities, and resources associated with Neftaly housing.
NeftalyP237-3 Definitions
- NeftalyP237-3-1 Housing: Residential units, apartments, dormitories, or accommodations provided or managed by Neftaly.
- NeftalyP237-3-2 Occupant: Any human capital, intern, volunteer, or participant assigned to Neftaly housing.
- NeftalyP237-3-3 Housing Management: Administration, allocation, maintenance, inspection, and supervision of all housing facilities.
- NeftalyP237-3-4 Facilities: Physical infrastructure, utilities, appliances, and services associated with Neftaly housing.

- NeftalyP237-5-3-1 Approve housing allocations and occupancy changes.
- NeftalyP237-5-3-2 Monitor compliance with housing management standards.
NeftalyP237-5-4 Occupants
- NeftalyP237-5-4-1 Follow all housing rules and regulations.
- NeftalyP237-5-4-2 Report issues, damages, or maintenance requirements promptly.

NeftalyP237-6-1 Allocation of Housing
- NeftalyP237-6-1-1 Evaluate housing needs based on role, duration, and availability.
