I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Pension Management Policy (NeftalyP352).
Pension management is a critical component of employee financial security and organisational responsibility. This policy provides a framework for administering retirement funds, contributions, benefits, and compliance with regulatory requirements. It ensures that Neftaly employees’ pensions are managed transparently, accurately, and in alignment with legal obligations.
