I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Mentorship Management Policy (NeftalyP306).

Mentorship is a cornerstone of developing talent, sharing knowledge, and fostering growth within Neftaly. This policy ensures structured mentorship programs, clear roles for mentors and mentees, and measurable outcomes that enhance professional development, succession planning, and organisational excellence.
