NeftalyP356-1: CEO Statement on the Launch of the Neftaly Human Capital Philanthropy Management Policy

To the Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, Neftaly Partners, and the entire Human Capital Community,

It is with great appreciation that I launch the Neftaly Human Capital Philanthropy Management Policy (NeftalyP356). Philanthropy is a key pillar of Neftaly’s mission to uplift communities, provide meaningful opportunities, and promote a culture of giving and social responsibility.

This policy strengthens how we manage charitable contributions, donations, sponsorships, volunteer programmes, and community upliftment initiatives. It promotes transparency, ensures responsible allocation of resources, and guarantees that all philanthropic efforts align with Neftaly’s strategy, values, and development objectives.

My message shall end here.

Signed:
Neftaly Malatjie
Chief Executive Officer, Neftaly
