To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,

I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Logbook Management Policy (NeftalyP288).

Effective record-keeping and documentation are the backbone of organisational accountability. This policy ensures that all Human Capital activities, transactions, and communications are accurately recorded, securely maintained, and efficiently retrievable. Proper logbook management supports compliance, reporting, performance monitoring, and knowledge retention across Neftaly.
