NeftalyP240-1: CEO Statement on the Launch of the Neftaly Human Capital Impact Management Policy
To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,
It is my honour to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Impact Management Policy (NeftalyP240).
Impact Management is central to how Neftaly measures the difference we make in the lives of communities, employees, partners, and all beneficiaries of our work.
This policy ensures that Neftaly can plan, monitor, measure, report, and communicate the outcomes and value created by our Human Capital programmes, services, and investments. It strengthens accountability, transparency, evidence-based decision-making, and organisational learning.
My message shall end here.
Signed:
Neftaly Malatjie
Chief Executive Officer
Neftaly
