I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital LRA (Labour Relations Act) Management Policy (NeftalyP293).

Managing compliance with the Labour Relations Act is essential for protecting the rights of our employees, promoting fair labour practices, and ensuring Neftaly remains a responsible and law-abiding employer. This policy provides a structured framework for interpreting, implementing, and monitoring all LRA-related obligations, procedures, and reporting requirements across the organisation.
