This policy applies to:
- All Neftaly Human Capital whose employment or engagement may be terminated voluntarily or involuntarily.
- Supervisors, Officers, and managers responsible for managing termination processes.
- Departments, units, and programs involved in clearance, knowledge transfer, and exit formalities.
- Monitoring and reporting of termination processes for compliance and improvement.
NeftalyP484-3: Definitions
Termination Management:
The structured process of managing the exit of Human Capital from Neftaly, including voluntary resignation, retirement, dismissal, and contract completion.
Voluntary Termination:
An exit initiated by the employee or contractor, such as resignation or retirement.
Involuntary Termination:
An exit initiated by Neftaly, including dismissal for performance, misconduct, redundancy, or other reasons.
Exit Interview:
A structured discussion with departing Human Capital to gather feedback, ensure knowledge transfer, and complete formalities.
