NeftalyP366-1: CEO Statement on the Launch of the Policy
To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,
I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Preparation Management Policy (NeftalyP366).
Preparation is the foundation of effective Human Capital operations — it ensures that individuals, teams, and units are equipped, informed, and ready to execute their responsibilities efficiently. This policy establishes standards for planning, readiness, and preparation across all Human Capital processes, projects, and programmes, thereby improving performance, reducing risks, and enhancing overall organisational effectiveness.
My message shall end here.
Signed:
Neftaly Malatjie
Chief Executive Officer
Neftaly
