I am honored to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Learner Support Management Policy (NeftalyP558). This policy is designed to ensure that all Neftaly learners, across every program and initiative, receive consistent, structured, and effective support throughout their learning journey.
NeftalyP558 establishes a comprehensive framework to provide academic, technical, emotional, and career-related assistance, ensuring learners are guided, encouraged, and empowered to achieve their full potential. It also supports our Human Capital by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and processes for managing learner support efficiently and professionally.
