2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to:
- Define and preserve Neftaly’s organisational values.
- Guide behaviours, attitudes, and decision-making across Neftaly.
- Align Human Capital actions with Neftaly’s mission and culture.
- Ensure all staff members model, practice, and promote Neftaly values.
- Integrate values into performance, training, programmes, and leadership.
3. SCOPE
This policy applies to:
- All Neftaly Human Capital: employees, Officers, Directors, contractors, volunteers, interns, and service providers.
- All Neftaly programmes, offices, virtual spaces, operations, and partnerships.
4. DEFINITIONS

- Act in ways that protect Neftaly’s reputation and organisational culture.
- Identify and report any violations of organisational values.
- Participate in values training and development programmes.
Neftaly leadership will model, monitor, and promote these values at all levels.
7. VALUES MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES
- Consistency – Values must guide daily behaviour and decision-making.
- Leadership by Example – Leadership must champion Neftaly values.
- Transparency – All actions must align with ethical standards.
- Integration – Values must be incorporated into operations, HR, performance, and training.
- Protection – Values must be protected against any form of breach or misconduct.
8. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 CEO
- Ensures organisational alignment with Neftaly values.
- Approves value frameworks and interventions.
8.2 Chief Human Capital Officer
- Oversees values integration, training, audits, and reporting.
8.3 Royal Directors & Officers
- Model values and coach teams to follow them.
- Address and report non-alignment or breaches.
8.4 Human Capital Members
- Demonstrate values consistently.
- Participate in values assessments, training, and culture-building activities.
9. PROCEDURES
9.1 Values Integration Procedure
- CHCO defines value-based expectations.
- Supervisors integrate values into work plans and KPIs.
- Staff complete values training.
- Values are reflected in decision-making and team culture.
9.2 Values Communication Procedure
- HC publishes values on Neftaly platforms.
- Values posters displayed in all offices and digital systems.
- Values referenced during meetings, inductions, and events.
9.3 Values Training Procedure
- HC develops training modules.
- All new staff receive induction on Neftaly values.
- Annual refresher training conducted.
- Training records stored in personnel files.
9.4 Values Assessment Procedure
- Values alignment measured through performance reviews.
- Use of Values Evaluation Checklist (DocP506-02).
- Supervisors provide feedback on strengths and gaps.
- Corrective coaching implemented if needed.
9.5 Values Breach Procedure
- Identify breach of values.
- Report breach using FormP506C – Values Breach Report.
- HC conducts an investigation.
- Appropriate disciplinary or corrective action taken.
- Final report filed in DocP506-03 – Values Investigation Report.

11. RECORD MANAGEMENT

12. NON-COMPLIANCE
Failure to uphold Neftaly values may result in:
- Coaching or counselling
- Formal warning
- Removal from duties
- Suspension
- Termination of contract
- Legal action (in cases of misconduct or fraud)
13. POLICY REVIEW
This policy must be reviewed:
- Every 12 months
- After major organisational changes
- After culture audits or investigations
