To the Chairperson of Neftaly, all Neftaly Royal Committee, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,

Kgotso a ebe le lena.

I am honored to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Sponsorship Management Policy (NeftalyP461), which guides the responsible, ethical, and transparent management of all sponsorships within Neftaly’s operations and partnerships.

This policy has been developed to ensure that any sponsorship provided or received by Neftaly is aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to youth development, empowerment, and sustainable community impact. It ensures that all Neftaly Human Capital and external partners benefit from a fair, accountable, and well-documented sponsorship management process.

This policy also establishes a standardized approach for requesting, reviewing, approving, managing, monitoring, and reporting on sponsorships, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with Neftaly governance standards.

My message shall end here.

Neftaly Malatjie | CEO | Neftaly
