I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Leadership Management Policy (NeftalyP276).

Effective leadership is the backbone of Neftaly’s Human Capital excellence. This policy establishes the framework, principles, and procedures to develop, evaluate, and support leaders across all levels of the organisation. It ensures that Neftaly cultivates visionary, ethical, and competent leaders who drive performance, engagement, and organisational impact.
