To the Neftaly Chairperson, Neftaly Board, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and the entire Neftaly Human Capital Community,
It gives me great honour to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Incentive Management Policy (NeftalyP244).
Incentives are a critical driver of high performance, motivation, and organisational loyalty within Neftaly. This policy ensures that the organisation recognises, rewards, and appreciates staff members in a structured, transparent, and fair manner.
Through this policy, Neftaly strengthens its commitment to building a culture of excellence, celebrating achievements, and ensuring that every employee sees the value of their contribution to our mission of empowering youth and communities.
