On this special occasion I am so excited to launch the Neftaly Executive Management Policy which will provide my office with instructions, guidelines and advisory on what they need to do on a daily basis.

As the Neftaly Chief Executive Officer myself I am so proud to say that this Policy will enable all the Neftaly Executive Human Capital to know their framework and the scope of their work on a daily basis to avoid confusion and distractions.

Neftaly Executive Royal is a Royal that is guided by the Bible as the main Policy followed by Neftaly Internal Policies then supported by the Government regulations and Policies.

I believe that all Neftaly Human who will follow this policy will not be confused as it is very clear on what you are going to do as a company.

The Neftaly Human Capital Executives Management Policy (NeftalyP192) defines the framework for overseeing, supporting, and evaluating Neftaly Executives. It ensures effective leadership, accountability, and alignment with Neftaly organizational objectives.

As the Neftaly Chief Executive Officer Neftaly Malatjie will appoint the Neftaly Executive Spokesperson who will be able to communicate Policies, Instructions, To do Lists, Queries and to receive tasks and activities from the Neftaly Royal Committee

    • NeftalyP192-6-7-1 Neftaly Executive Spokesperson has been specially appointed by Neftaly Malatjie to be the centre between Neftaly Malatjie and Neftaly Human Capital
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-2 Neftaly Executive Spokesperson has been appointed to serve as a company representative to external clients and media platforms
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-3 Neftaly Malatjie has been banned from speaking with external parties on matters and shall serve under the Neftaly Executive Spokesperson who will deliver communications, messages and instructions
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-4 Any Neftaly Human Capital who undermines the Neftaly Executive Spokesperson undermines Neftaly Malatjie and shall be penalized according to the disciplinary procedure
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-5 Neftaly Spokesperson shall deliver messages, instructions, policies, information daily at 16:30 at the same meeting at 16:30
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-6 Neftaly Executive Spokesperson will deliver the message to the Neftaly Royal Committee and all Neftaly Royal Chiefs daily at the same meeting at 16:30
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-7 Neftaly Royal Committee Upon receiving the message and feedback from the Neftaly Executive Spokesperson must enforce that Neftaly Royal Chiefs to attend to the requirements and submit amendments for corrections immediately
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-8 Neftaly Royal Chiefs must comply with the requirements as requested by the Neftaly Execurive Spokesperson
    • NeftalyP192-6-7-9 Neftaly Royal Chairperson must ensure that upon receiving feedback or submissions to communicate with Neftaly Executive Spokesperson to check submissions
