NeftalyP391-1: Neftaly CEO Neftaly Malatjie Speech on the Purpose and Rationale for Launching the Policy
To the Chairperson of Neftaly, all Neftaly Royal Committee, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,
Kgotso a ebe le lena.
I am delighted to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Recognition Management Policy (NeftalyP391).
Recognition is the lifeblood of motivation and engagement. This policy ensures that every achievement, contribution, and effort within Neftaly is acknowledged appropriately, fairly, and consistently. Whether recognising Human Capital excellence, team achievements, or innovative solutions, this framework strengthens morale, fosters loyalty, and promotes a culture of appreciation across all Neftaly operations.
Recognition is not a one-time event; it is a strategic approach to show our people that their work is valued, their contributions matter, and that they are integral to the success of Neftaly.
My message shall end here.
Neftaly Malatjie | CEO | Neftaly
