NeftalyP220-1: CEO Address on the Launch of the Neftaly Human Capital Governance Management Policy
To the Neftaly Chairperson, all Neftaly Royal Committee Members, Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,
I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Governance Management Policy (NeftalyP220).
Good governance is the foundation upon which Neftaly builds credibility, transparency, accountability, and trust. This policy ensures that all Human Capital practices, processes, and activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, and that each officer, manager, and Human Capital representative understands their roles in maintaining governance excellence.
By implementing this policy, Neftaly strengthens oversight, promotes accountability across all Human Capital functions, and ensures alignment with our global strategy. This policy will guide decision-making, reporting, risk management, and the proper execution of roles at every level of Neftaly operations.
My message shall end here.
Signed:
Neftaly Malatjie
Chief Executive Officer | Neftaly
