Kgotso a ebe le lena.

I am honored to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Structure Management Policy (NeftalyP470), which provides a comprehensive framework for defining, maintaining, and optimizing the organizational structure of Neftaly Human Capital.

This policy enhances operational efficiency, accountability, collaboration, and alignment of human capital resources with Neftaly’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

By implementing this policy, Neftaly strengthens governance, ensures clarity in communication, and supports career development pathways while maintaining agility to respond to operational and programmatic needs.

My message shall end here.
