NeftalyP218-1 Purpose of the Policy
NeftalyP218-1-1 The purpose of the Neftaly Giving Management Policy (NeftalyP218) is to ensure consistent, ethical, transparent, and accountable management of all giving activities undertaken by Neftaly Human Capital. This includes internal giving (staff-to-staff support), community giving, charitable contributions, donation drives, and structured giving programmes. The policy establishes a framework that promotes fairness, compliance, and alignment with Neftaly values.

- NeftalyP218-3-1 Giving: Donations of money, goods, services, or time from Neftaly or its staff members to individuals or communities.
- NeftalyP218-3-2 Internal Giving: Support provided to staff members in need.
- NeftalyP218-3-3 External Giving: Support provided to communities, partners, beneficiaries, or public groups.
