To the Chairperson of Neftaly, all Neftaly Royal Committee, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,
Kgotso a ebe le lena.
I am honored to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Train the Trainer Management Policy (NeftalyP491), which establishes a structured framework for developing, managing, and monitoring trainers within Neftaly’s Human Capital programs.
This policy ensures that individuals selected to train, mentor, and coach other Human Capital are properly qualified, skilled, and equipped to deliver high-quality training. It outlines procedures for trainer selection, certification, program delivery, evaluation, and continuous professional development, thereby ensuring that Neftaly’s training initiatives achieve maximum impact and sustainability.
By implementing this policy, Neftaly demonstrates its commitment to professional excellence, knowledge transfer, and capacity building across all Human Capital programs.
My message shall end here.
