I am pleased to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Moderator Management Policy (NeftalyP313).
Moderators are essential in maintaining order, professionalism, and constructive engagement across Neftaly platforms, forums, and community spaces. This policy ensures that moderators operate with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability while fostering an environment that reflects Neftaly’s values and standards.
Through effective moderation, we enhance communication, engagement, and safety for all members of the Neftaly Human Capital Community.
