I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Project Management Policy (NeftalyP380).

Projects are the backbone of operational progress within Neftaly Human Capital. This policy provides a framework for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. It ensures alignment with strategic objectives, accountability for deliverables, optimal use of resources, and adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

This policy applies to:

  • All Neftaly Human Capital staff, project teams, and contractors.
  • All internal and external Human Capital projects including recruitment, training, wellness, development, governance, compliance, and operational initiatives.
