NeftalyP568-1: Neftaly CEO Neftaly Malatjie Address on the Purpose and Rationale for Launching the Neftaly Human Capital Posts Management Policy
To the Chairperson of Neftaly, all Neftaly Royal Committee Members, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs, and all Neftaly Human Capital,
Kgotso a ebe le lena.
Today, we launch the Neftaly Human Capital Posts Management Policy (NeftalyP568) to establish standardized procedures and frameworks for managing all official Neftaly posts, including internal announcements, external communications, and digital postings. The policy ensures that every Neftaly post is accurate, timely, professional, and aligned with the strategic objectives of Neftaly.
NeftalyP568 provides guidance on creating, approving, publishing, and monitoring posts across all Neftaly platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, classified sections, and official portals. By implementing this policy, Neftaly ensures consistency, brand integrity, and accountability in every post shared internally and externally.
All Neftaly Human Capital, Officers, Chiefs, and Communication teams are expected to adhere strictly to this policy to enhance information accuracy, organizational transparency, and stakeholder engagement.
My message shall end here.
Neftaly Malatjie | CEO | Neftaly
