I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Selection Management Policy (NeftalyP443).
This policy establishes the principles, procedures, and standards for selecting talent within Neftaly. It ensures that recruitment and internal selection processes are fair, transparent, competency-based, and aligned with organisational strategy and regulatory requirements.
Through this policy, Neftaly reaffirms its commitment to attracting, retaining, and promoting the best talent while promoting equity, diversity, and organisational excellence.

- All Neftaly Human Capital staff, recruitment teams, hiring managers, and departmental heads.
