This policy applies to all:

6. Procedures
6.1 Care Needs Identification
- Human Capital may self-report or be referred for care through the Care Referral Form (T073-A).
- Supervisors or Officers assess needs through respectful dialogue and initial screening.
- Cases requiring professional support are escalated to the Royal Care and Wellness Officer (RCWO).
6.2 Care Planning and Support
- The RCWO develops an Individual Care Plan (T073-B) outlining the type of assistance, timelines, and resources required.
- Support may include:

- Leave or flexible scheduling arrangements.
- Health and wellness resources.
- Financial or social assistance referrals.
- Mediation and conflict resolution interventions.
6.3 Implementation
- The RCWO coordinates with relevant Royal Divisions to deliver support interventions.

- All support measures must uphold dignity, equality, and confidentiality.
6.4 Monitoring and Evaluation
- Care progress is monitored monthly through the Care Progress Report (T073-C).
- The RCWO and Royal Director of Human Capital conduct periodic reviews.

6.5 Closure and Follow-Up
- A care case is formally closed upon resolution or when objectives are achieved.
- A Care Closure Report (T073-D) is prepared and signed by the RCWO.
