I am honoured to launch the Neftaly Human Capital Partner Management Policy (NeftalyP344).
Effective management of our partners is critical to Neftaly’s mission and strategic goals. Partners contribute to operational excellence, capacity building, innovation, and the delivery of quality services. This policy ensures that Neftaly establishes, maintains, and strengthens partnerships through structured processes, accountability, compliance, and shared value creation.
By standardising partner management, we enhance collaboration, mitigate risks, and maximise mutual benefit, strengthening Neftaly’s Human Capital ecosystem and organisational impact.
